The file I left you in Reply 1 is a Cablenut File. I think the older ones are better than the newer ones, but thats just my opinion.

Have you tried the TCP Optimizer to see if that works for you? Just how old is your Computer?

A while back I was having a lot of problems and just for the hell of it I cleared the CMOS with the jumper and my problems went away. I did have to go into Bios and change a couple things but thats to be expected. Also make sure your DMA Mode is turned on.

I have a 10/1, and other than testing I very rarely get 10 downloading a program. Now its different with the up load. I really notice a difference from 385 to 1meg.
