here;s mine , it changes every 24 hours with M/Soft power toy "wallpaper changer ", I keep all my icons in folders in the start menu , Btw, as you can see I remain loyal to TMN , and some from the Hubble site , and no they ain't dead pixels , just stars

Nah, it slowed my old box down , I just use AVG fee old Sygate firewall free , now part of Norton ad-aware spybot Ccleaner EasyCleaner 2 , for the reg clean up , and a good backup , and carefull where I go , works for me ,

on the Gov. Yeah, I tried Avast once but went back to Grisofts AVG free, but I keep a link to avast , just in case I ever need it , are there any other free GOOD anti -virus progs. out there ?

I hope that got your attention I just done my Red Cross refresher course, and it got me thinking , in the past I have had to use my first aid skills 3 times in emergency situations , and numerous times for minor injuries , The first course I did wasn't easy , as I had the tendency to hang back , and let others take over , then the real one came along and the training kicked in, so what I am saying is if you want to learn something really usefull , that lasts a life time , get on a training course , one day you might just be glad you did , or that somebody else had ! if not have a read of http://depts.washington.edu/learncpr/pocket.html history of CPR, http://www.ukdivers.net/history/cpr.htm lol, check out the 1711 & 1892 method , ( It worked ? ) not advised today, even if it works you could get sued , or have some explaining to do in court,
