  11. From Fraps.com " Vista not recording audio. Manually select the StereoMix input through the control panel. You may need to right-click on the sound device screen and enable "Show Disabled Devices". Restart Fraps and set it to "Use Windows input" " Im not running vista, Windows XP Sp2 for me. I guess Ill keep looking elsewhere.
  12. If you meen a picture that you set as background via "Set as desktop wallpaper", all you have to do is Rigth Click on the Desktop > Properties > Under Desktop tab change the wallpaper > hit apply. If the wallpaper is on the PC, you can just delete it if you dont want it, and if you set it from a pic online its allready gone. Hope that helps
  13. Elo again guys. Ive been using fraps for a while now and Ive been able to use it successfully, untill I bougth me new PC. It wont record audio. I have the latest drivers for everything on my PC. My audio device is the Realtek High Definition Audio. Fraps detects on Sound Device: "Realtek HD Audio Input" and on Sound Input: "Default". Is there anything anyone knows on how to repair this, the web site doesnt have much help. just in case Realtek HD Audio Drivers date is 11/15/2006 Using Fraps 2.8.2 build 6486 thanks!

  20. hye guys, I went off to try the dual core optimize thing, but I couldnt find anythin, so I decided to try teh vsync thing. I disabled it... I got like 300FPS, however this didnt resolve my problem, in fact it made it worse... grafics going waaay to fast. so I decided to record a vid, but to my astonishment, it started recording at 25fps and the game actually got playeble!!! now, I guess the question is, is there any apps or settings that I can use ti limit fps of my monitor to 25 ~ 26fps when I play that game, so that I dont have to record each time I play? thanks again guys!
  21. well, acording to fraps, I get 60fps, but even so, the grafics look like they are going mad. Im gonna upload a video as soon as I get home, cause I gotta go to school now X__X.
  22. Ok, so I upgraded my PC quite a bit a couple of weeks ago, and everything was running fine, untill I loaded up me favorite game, Unreal Tournament 99 (also know as goty). At first everythin looked good, but when I got into a game its started going crazy, like frames droping, or lagging. Ive tried all sorts of drivers, but I get the same results. My friend thinks its becuase I use x64, he has the same prob too. and I read there was an app to make certian programs to run better on x64, but no luck, any one has info on this? btw, the old specs are AMD Athlon @ 1.20GHz 768MB ram ATI Radeon 9600 series - AGP 256MB the new are AMD Athlon 64 X2 @ 2.82GHz OCed 1.75GB ram ATI Radeon X1600 PRO - PCIx16 512MB any help will be usefull, thansk again guys ^^
  23. Usually a Page cannot be displayed because the web site or server is not responding to your request. So I guess it would be a server problem...

  25. So yeah, for about 4 years now Ive wanted an upgrade (yes, 4 yrs O.o). So, I bacame a magician, and made money appear before me, but thats not the point.. So, ive had my box for about, erm, 5 years maybe, so yeah it was old. Old Specs: AMD Athlon @ 1.20GHz 256MB+512MB of RAM (DDR) 40GB hdd Some crappy CD/DVD burner Some random PCI grfx card 200W PSU New Specs; AMD Athlon 64 X2 Toledo @ 2.4GHz 1GB+512MB RAM (DDR, X__X) 200GB HDD The same crappy CD/DVD burner ATI Radeon X1600 PRO 512MB 430W PSU So, yeah, not bad for like 550$ more or less, so, now what do you guys think?
