science is all logic...the logic in biology made natural sense to me...but for physics and chemistry...i found those two interesting and i enjoyed them...but biology just seemed second nature...now any of the maths...hmmmm...i just wanted to hide...and scream just gimme a grade...someone get me outta here...all the numbers would just jump all over the page...hahaha...any computer science totally didn't exist when i was in school...computers filled entire rooms and were ran by a secret society of evolved humans

exactly...and the links can't be to an inappropriate site...or one that's gonna bombard our members with a bunch of popups...or sneaky advertising (u know what i'm talkin 'bout...it looks like it's part of the site...but click it and it's an ad)... good news vyrax...both of your links are fine...i personally checked them with ca3le...and he said they r fine if u want to put them in an image... members can post certain image links as long as they adhere to all the other signature rules...but u may however be asked to take it down pending ca3le's approval this is totally true...and this is where it may be questionalble and need to be approved by ca3le...common sense will tell u what he will approve An intoxicating or hallucinogenic beverage, used as an offering to the Hindu gods and consumed by participants in Vedic ritual sacrifices.

yep that's what i said before...i've been telling people this for like 30 years (that's when i was in the weight loss business)...but i'd always heard 20...so that's always one of the first things i tell people...at 20 min ur brain will tell u that ur full (if u listen)...eat slowly...and enjoy...watch the clock and at 20 min u will be full...throw away anything left on ur plate... k...i'm gonna shuddup on this thread now...he hasn't even post in here in days...soooo...hmmmm... oh well...maybe he's busy

for dinner...the size of both fists...breakfast and lunch...one fist...1 snack in between each...snacks...half a fist eat slowly...taste and enjoy each bite like it's ur last...savor it...watch the clock...at 20 mins u will feel full...if there is still food on ur plate...throw it away... eat healthy...and exercise...and follow the above...believe me it works... no i've never been over weight but i've helped people that were... my rule of thumb...for myself...eat real...that means real butter...organic foods when possible...i stay away from stuff that says fat free, fat reduced, low carb, low calorie, calorie reduced etc...cuz they are bumping the flavor with something i don't need like sodium...(example...check the backs of regular peanut butter and fat free or fat reduced peanut butter...u'll see what i mean)...i do watch out for saturated fats and trans fats...those r really bad (my cholesterol levels r very good)...lots of fruits and veggies...and fish...just eat real...skip the fake altered stuff...in sensible quantities...and drink lots of water (natures appetite suppressant)

cholla...please read all u can of the medical documentation (i don't have time to look it up for u)...i'm talking the ama's studies...before u stand behind this dangerous diet...there's a reason they r in bankruptcy... i have heard of ur power breath...and it's a good one also...but harder for a beginner...and mine get's more oxygen flowing...thus the red face when ur done with it...that's why only a few r recommended...but he can do the one that makes him feel more powered up...btw i failed to mention that with my power breath...all inhalations and exhalations r done with ur mouth open...and the out breath as u force urself forward should look like ur puking...serious hahaha it does...funny to see...but it feels so good

i'm sure that VyraX didn't mean that to sound the way it did...he was probably just being funny but just so everyone knows...this is not how testmy.net helps people...we don't tell people to go read the manual...if i don't know the answer...someone else may know it... telling someone to go read this or go read that...is rude...and we don't do it that way here... there r plenty of people here that know this stuff and will get u up and running if it's possible...if not they'll help u find another way...

has anyone asked how old u r??? or how long did it take for u put on that much weight?... just stay away from all dieting...eat healthy and exercise...including cardio 3 times a week...get some tapes to exercise with...then when ur comfortabe...go to the gym and get professional advice...start every routine with stretching and warm up...AND a power breath...which is... stand up straight feet hip width apart...now take 3 normal deep breaths to the count of five (five in and five out...1 2 3 4 5) after the third one take another really deep breath in (count of 5) til u can't hold in any more then take in a tiny more (top off)...hold count of 5...hands on ur hips...as u bend forwrd from the hips blow it all out (hard) count of 5...when it's all gone blow a tiny more...deep breath as u stand...relax wait 30 seconds...repeat twice... this powers u up to burn calories and fat...and excess glucose...and remember u can't burn fat if u don't consume fat...ur body needs it to burn carbs and glucose...and u'll store it if u deprive urself of this vital nutrient...and water...take ur weight say 300 divive in half =150 u need 150 oz of water per day...stay away from adkins... and south beach...it's been predicted that todays adkins dieters r tomorrows diabetics...again ur depriving urself of vital nutrients......smaller portions...eat slow...this little meter in ur brain turns on the minute u take ur first bite or drink...20 minutes later it tells u that ur full...reguardless of how much u've eaten...america eats too fast...consumes too many calories...more than we work off... take ur time...it took u awhile to get here...just stroll ur way back and enjoy... start with a physical before u take anyones advice...including mine...ur doctor will tell u what u can tolerate...and yogurt is fantastic...and milk...both contain cla...which helps to speed the metabolism...as does 2 tablespoons of vinegar in 4oz of warm warm...gulp it down sorry wow...that was long winded
