exactly...if she's talking about setting it so that u have to have a certain # of post to pm...that wouldn't be right...new people often need to send pm's for extra help... but if she's talking about limiting the number of people a single pm can be sent to...it should be very low, like 1 or 2...if ur not spamming why would anyone need to send a particular pm to more than 1 or 2 people? this guy has been harshly dealt with (full ip ban) if he comes back we will know and he'll be dealt with again...ca3le has been known to take this sort of thing even further to notifing a persons isp of their actions...so rest assured that this type of thing is NOT tolerated here at testmy.net... also...to address the issue of who has access to the members pm content...nobody does...not even ca3le...that would violate our privacy terms...so noboy has any way of knowing the content of the pm's that are sent to you...therefore there is no way of controlling that content.
