  5. try this open cablenut adjuster change TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize from 64240 to 128480 also change Tcp1323Opts from 0 to 1 now click save to registry and reboot check speed again VanBuren

Tcp1323Opts - Controls RFC 1323 time stamps and window scaling options, where 0 = disable RFC 1323 options, 1 = window scale enabled only, 2 = time stamps enabled only, and 3 = both options enabled. Value Type: String Value Default: 0" Speedy was already using Tcp1323Opts = 1 and a RWIN of 128480, but win 98 is locked to 65535 thats why you need to patch it VanBuren

  20. Speedy, i forgot RWIN is locked to max 65535 in 98 by default install this fix and then you can use a higher value http://dslnuts.com/patch/index.html VanBuren
  21. download this attached file (DSL PPPoE 1500 384.zip ), unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry, in top left corner click file, load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped. now click save to registry and reboot check speed again, use the 2992 KB testfile for download and 1496KB testfile upstream, also make a new tweaktest and post result good luck VanBuren

  24. Email these linequality links to your ISP, you have loss to your adress aswell, that San Jose node has known issues with packetloss good luck VanBuren
