try this open cablenut adjuster change TcpWindowSize and GlobalMaxTcpWindowsize from 128480 to 256960 now click save to registry and reboot check speed again use the 1496 KB upload test VanBuren

Cablenut has no "Optimal" or "default" settings.... it only has the settings you put in to it, or if a field is blank, windows default is beeing used you might have mixed it up with TCP Optimizer, that tool has "optimal" and "default" VanBuren
