  5. try power cycle your modem, leave it off for 30 seconds and try again, its no longer a matter of TCP settings, something capping your speed, can be your modem, or router if this dosent help, call your ISP good luck VanBuren
  6. Testmy.net upload test is not accurate for fiber optic connections above 1 Mbps or so, CA3LE is aware of this VanBuren

  9. your ISP probl block traceroutes but i updated the file for you, download this and overwrite the old one, and load it in cablenut now click save to registry and reboot then test speed use 2992 KB test down and 1496 KB test upstream VanBuren

  16. download and install Cablenut https://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64 download this attached file (Cable & DSL 2000 128.zip ), unzip it to C:ProgramCablenut open cablenut adjuster, in top left corner click file, load custom settings file, browse to C:ProgramCablenut and dubble click on the file you unzipped. now click save to registry and reboot check speed again, use the 2992 KB testfile for download and 1496KB testfile upstream, also make a new tweaktest and post result good luck VanBuren

  19. i have fiber optic to my house, im capped 10 Mbps up and 10 Mbps down, i was surprised that it was only 19 hops, seems like a stable route VanBuren
