remember after you loaded the tweakfile you must click save to registry and must reboot your pc
run the tweak test after you done that and post URL again

strange... it didnt change anything, the ports on router should run at full duplex, only the port that goes to modem that should run half duplex on cable.
you have to test at non peak times to keep up the stats .s1, i will do that from now on

I have a very clean route to almost all servers on eastcoast US, this is a download from OOL ftp, i almost reach my cap
thats why someone from NY can download at that speed from me, i got same cap upstream

a good value to start with is 1024 x (your upload cap in KB/s)
you need to test whats best, if download gets affected, try a lower value, just make sure its multiple with 1024

In cablenut you have that value in TcpWindowSize or DefaultReciveWindow
even tho it says 125 KByte

I think its sad when ppl try to joke about this disaster, showing no respect for the ppl that died or their famillys.... alot of Swedish tourists are missing, almost 3000 ppl, consider our population is only 9 Million thats a high amount of ppl
