it passed but the ping is very unstable, try this again at off peak hours, eg early morning or late night, then you can see if the ping gets more stable and also see if the 2% loss against your adress and some other nodes dissapear. VanBuren

i dont know why the pathping dosent work for you, for some reason it stops at "robert-comp [0.0.0.0]" try this instead sign up here and make a linequality test http://www.broadbandreports.com/tools disable your firewall during test when you get result, copy whole URL adress and paste it here so we can see it VanBuren

i daubt the problem is the settings, try diffrent cablenut files and compare VanBuren

your RWIN is in range for 250 Kbps but not for 250 KB/s for 250 KB/s you should use a RWIN of 61320 VanBuren

same issue both with Firefox and IE? what settings did you use to have on 5 Mbps package? VanBuren

if you have a 3 Mbps cap you should be able to go even faster make a new tweaktest VanBuren

keep these settings and see if you can get 987 Kbps or more when its less traffic, if you dont go faster just open Dr.TCP and erase that TCP receivewindow and click save and exit reboot VanBuren
