There really isnt any way, that i know of, to find out what your cap is other than to talk to your ISP... Removing this cap mean that you are going to jail or facing a $250,000 fine... You could remove it fairly easily back in the day but now with all the technology that is in those modems it just about impossible.

depends... do you also have wep/wpa enabled?? If that is the case it will take some time and require your computers to be on and active... War driving is fun but dont do anything illegal.. It isnt worth the rath of the law... I am just kind of suprised at the fact that that school has a wireless internet... It just doesnt seem to be as secure as it could be... I mean school networks tend to be fairly locked down... It would be fairly easy for anyone who knows what they are doing to get in and do some damage...

if that is a real speed test than that is one hell of a connection that you have there!! The upload is lack luster if you ask me.. I would expect at least 1mb with a 14mb download connection... Other than that looks good!
