Damn ATT backbone.
I do, except for the very few who absolutely insist that 45MB or what ever is their actual speed, when we can plainly see that it's not. Otherwise, it's all good.
Why are you looking for one, is your router not working right? I would only download firmware from the official web site, otherwise there's a chance you could ruin your router.
Guys, I understand your frustration with people posting cached results and sometimes passing them off as real. I can't speak personally for the other mods, but most of them do too. Ca3le is working on this. Soon these cached results should be a thing of the past. I don't know how long it will take so please try to be patient. I can't say much about it until Ca3le lets us tell you more.
I have Zone Alarm. It does come with an uninstall program. "C:Program FilesZone LabsZoneAlarmzauninst.exe", Is where is should be. That is unless the install was corrupted.
I'm guessing you mean 80Mph winds. That's one reason I don't and don't want to live in Florida, too many hurricanes. All we get here is 3 feet of snow at a time instead, lol.
DSL is not always guaranteed. Just because you have a "dedicated" line to the CO office, within xx thousand feet mind you, it does not guarantee that you will always get your advertised speeds.
Quote from Verizon's web site:
"Actual throughput speed will vary. Speed and uninterrupted use of the service are not guaranteed"
Also from Verizon's own site, the same reliability as Comcast:
