that is absolutely correct. it's not 7th heaven if base station's down. the best we can do is to email our complaint.

my base station is experiencing a downtime for almost a week already. here's my highest score for today and the lowest was yesterday's already emailed smartbro about this. i hope they will address the downtime expediently.

that is correct. in fact, it was one of the installers who tried that test in my pc this afternoon. they went to several subscribers in our place to check if the new sm configuration has already been installed by smart in preparation for a 512 kbps base station upgrade. i just hope it will happen before the end of the year.

@ ExtremeFusion Nice findings there. Nothing's stable with SmartBro, we all know that. BTW, here's my score today taken from somewhere, superfast but impossible with our ISP.

the values were recommended and have worked for others. try different combinations. say now you use the scale factors of 8 and 2, and later the factors of 4 and the unscaled value, until you're satisfied you can always change or revert the values in the cablenut adjuster, it is all up to you.
