@dency 45. i think you should tweak your canopy sm if you're able to access it.. the smartbro installers are setting it to 256 kbps both on DL & UL by default. you can maximize it to 500 kbps each. -

UPDATE: After several weeks of observation, I am sharing to you a few steps to obtain higher scores during speed tests here at tmn. 1) Do the canopy tweak and the 20 Steps. 2) Do the ipconfig /flushdns thing. 3) Run CCleaner to eliminate all crap. 4) Use Internet Explorer 7 in conducting the test (for me its better than other browsers for speed testing). I discovered, I just don't know if its a bug, that there is a hidden download data of 749 kB in the download test section. Though usually appearing unexpectedly after running the 579 kB download data, it usually gives higher scores. Hope you guys absorbed the inputs. EDIT: It's 748 kB not 749 as previously posted. -
I suggest you retain IE7 (for good speed test results) and FireFox 2 (for faster page loading). Run CCleaner after uninstallation of other browsers, particularly the registry cleaner. Btw, as a product of my online research and local tests, I will post in my blog a couple of days from now all Firefox tweaks (rolled into one post) which will make it even faster.

A piece failed hash check, re-downloading it This is a benign message, you can safely ignore it. It means that you received a piece of the file that didn't check out as being correct, so it will be downloaded again. Probable cause of this might be someone incorrectly using the "skip hash check" option. If this option is incorrectly used on a not-yet complete file, the client will send pieces to its peers that are not correct and fail the built-in hash checking routines meant to catch such errors. source: http://btfaq.com/serve/cache/35.html i hope this answers your question.

fr0st how come i was able to access the smartbro portal page a while ago? try it yourself now. it needs a username and password though. btw, later on i will replace my old SiS lan card to D-Link. I needed to verify if i can login to the portal in case I will be redirected upon replacing my lan card. smartbro techs recommended D-Link so I'm gonna try it. We will see if there's improvement. -
Just wanna know when will iPhone be available in the Philippines? Anybody got information?

you don't have to. uTorrent has the capability to merge broken DL parts into one.
