  1. i think you have to upgrade your lan card driver. tip: download driver from the manufacturer's website. uninstall first the old driver before installing the new driver.

  6. @ nayrjigga welcome to the forum. nice speed.
  7. hello guys! @ryme, i'll try to answer your questions to the best of my knowledge. as far as i know, cablenut works well with smartbro, tcp opti with pldt mydsl - have tested them already. the best setting for cablenut is the one you should figure out on your own. gourame is a TMN member just like us. he posted his own cablenut setting for other tweakers to use. the j79zlr setting is your own setting, gourame's is his own.
  8. i think so. i am using the 20 steps and i am happy with the result.
  9. maybe you are not as lucky
  10. @lanlan_10 very nice. keep it up.

  13. @jrpong you should be thankful you have that aggregate. fr0stbound is correct. set it to 5000 & 2000 and see what happens. @ fr0st so, we have 2 options now to have a 7MB aggregate huh? its your choice: SM version downgrade or upgrade?
  14. oh yes. scriva has been blessed with consistently fast speed. maybe time to share some inputs huh?
  15. @ryme welcome to the forum. i am coolbuster, a member of the TMN community just like you. cablenut is a free software, a tool that can optimize your internet speed. have some more reading of the threads on smartbro and you will learn the advantages of using cablenut. tweaking is the process of improving the performance of an application or the quality of its output. There can be two ways of accomplishing this: manually (that is, to adjust its performance) or using another piece of software specialized for that purpose (such as cablenut).
  16. no problem. as long as there forum readers who need our help. we're gonna be there for them and that includes you
  17. @ kartada we're more than glad to welcome you here. it is always nice to read posts from someone like you who's having a good time tweaking than complaining.
  18. @ ecxzac2, we welcome you to the forum i guess this is why we're here: to share what we know and to know what we can share.
  19. #622 & #623 are empty. they are not in the data base, don't you think so?
  20. @scriva we're glad you're happy nowadays
  21. i think so. but of course they will follow due process. expect frequent notice letters/emails from them.
  22. no i didn't. what will they do with a report anyway. if it's not massive, they will ignore it.
