@Azgauth: I Don't think so ive been using firefox quite some time and at 1st i tested it with 5 different anti-viruses and trojan detectors maybe he didnt got his firefox from the official website or maybe he used some unsigned add ons!

Hmmm, I'm from cavite also 1st i got 250kbps below after tweaking i got 500-600+ kbps now!

you could use TCPoptimizer or cablenut or both if you want its the proper settings that matters most!

Have you followed the instructions posted? Did you scanned your PC for probable virus or adware infection? Did you try defraging? Did you run CCleaner to clean your registry?

on the latest version yes but the new one is kinda crappy, the older versions have much more dowloading speed

Firefox is more safer than browsing with IE, I only run KAS when i copy from memory sticks and files from cd's just to make sure theres no virus infection! But Firefox and Spywareblaster will do!

@Azgauth: have you tried direct connection using mixedDNS?

can NAT settings be adjusted through canopy? coz when i download via torrent the NAT is highlighted and can't connect thru other peers becoz of it!

@Azgauth: thats why i like partitioning my hard drive allocating all my important files from the system drive for quick formatting purposes!

after a second or two smartBro fluctuates you can observe your canopy page the duration it occurs. when it rains my jitter goes 4-5 then back to 1 with a 2 second delay!
