It's something with your computer because the mirror is fine... and the size of your cache isn't always an accurate measurement.
8kB window 86.7Mbps
16kB window 91.3Mbps
32kB window 93.4Mbps
64kB window 93.8Mbps (Windows default)
128kB window 91.7Mbps
202kB window 88.6Mbps (largest window my test box is configured for...)
So tweaking has a small effect, but not much
Local network traffic is still TCP/UDP, but the latency is so low tweaks have minimal effect on speed.
I'll run a couple tests a minute with various window sizes...
I'll have to test the wireless to wired and vice versa... probably 40-50Mbps
I transfer via FTP most of the time because I get the best speed with it, Windows file sharing gives me about 50-75% of the FTP speed.
It shouldn't, and doesn't in my case... I can push 94Mbps through my network
what were you transferring, what were you using to transfer it, and how big is it?
also, are you sure your NIC(s) are set to 100Mbps/Full duplex?
Running slow tonight...

I think there's a bit of confusion going on here...
I believe hid is looking to print slips for cd cases
organ_shifter's post is about cd labels
That's how I'm seeing it anyway...
Of course I believe those... I've also got a million dollars in cash coming tomorrow
(hopefully that was obvious enough sarcasm)
If that speed was real DWay would probably charge you 600 a month for it
(and yes, I saw your Brooklyn bridge comment)
