There's a very good chance your download/upload is fast enough already to handle the xbox' online gaming. I don't see how you can improve the speed, when there's nothing obvious to tweak. Unless the Xbox has a few options itself, which I doubt.
Why do you want to be extremely fast?
Would you believe it if I said that I scored a 331 kbps upload speed once?
And take a look at the download test and then at this one:
:::.. Download Stats ..:::
Connection is:: 1924 Kbps about 1.9 Mbps (tested with 1496 KB)
Download Speed is:: 235 KB/sec
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 34 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 4.36 second(s)
Validation Link:: https://testmy.net/cgi-bin/get.cgi?Test_ID=BWY2JGRUS
I normally test at about 2200 - 2300 here, but it's already way past the morning to get normal speeds.
This kinda proves my point:
:::.. Download Stats ..:::
Connection is:: 620 Kbps about 0.6 Mbps (tested with 1496 KB)
Download Speed is:: 76 KB/sec

Bottom Line:: 11 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 13.47 second(s)

:::.. Upload Stats ..:::
Connection is: 24 Kbps about 0 Mbps (tested with 97 KB)
Upload Speed is: 3 KB/sec
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line: 0 times faster than 56K you can upload 1MB in 341.33 second(s)

Freshly tested at 22:00 PM.
You'll want to ping a few download sites, they're the ones you want fast downloads from. Then average the ping, put it in the calc, and change the RWIN.
Like they would notice
I think this is extremely useful for when your internet is down, go find a wireless network and enjoy the (lower) speed.
/me wants working laptop and a wireless network card.
Depends on your average ping really. If you often download from high-ping, more than average packet loss servers, then I advise your RWIN to be low.
Otherwise there would be a whole lot of packets to be resend when things go wrong.
For good servers, turn the RWIN up a few notches. Speedy!
Then I would trust testmy.net's score more. I don't remember ever seeing someone getting a higher upload than he signed up for.
I always trust this website's tests more than any others

Yippie, another downloading faster that me. They're like a plague... but a good one... for them... grrr.
Go post some more random letters arranged in a non-random fashion, we need more active members here.
Nice speed.
