i need help making a proxy server for school usage...............scratch that .........i need help, my forum that i made on another site is going literally 2kbps and thats it but i have a buddy who made a forum like mine off the same site and his gets speeds like 1mb.......why is this ....just wondering because its making me kinda mad..... please reply fast

???????????? and its not like i actually installed it or anything i just dl it and then deleted it because i don't want to get sued as everyone mentioned. but yeah i dl it then like 10min later after that i deleted it. so i didn't even install it. i am not getting sued for something that stupid you know...who would want to?

i got 1.5mb package and sometimes it goes like a 2mb connection but rarely stays that high

i am supposed to have a 1.5mb connection and on the 5 or 6 mb test (which ever it is not sure) and the best i have ever got was about a week before i became a member and got a 2.25mb result but now i get around 1.7mb average dl my upload is usually 190 and my highest is i think 198

well i got rid of it thinking that if i was going to get caught downloading something illeagle it better be worth it so yeah i got rid of it and i also did find out myself that i was sharing my whole hd. so yeah i now don't have that installed but alot of people around me do so i guess i will warn them to...anyways thanks for the advice and srry for wasting you time lol

yeah i just was curious because if it was illegle then i didn't want to download it and yes i did get it (the free version) but HAVEN'T installed it yet i just wanted to make sure it was safe and yeah i always make sure that my antivirus is up to date

in my area my provider said that instead of getting slow speeds, from may 13th on out we are supposed to be getting at least advertised speeds. also we may get faster than advertised speeds some of the time
