thats really odd. your regual xp install must not be tweaked right, or you have somthing running that is slowing it down.

160 is still pertty big.

its not really that fast. if you go and download a file it will be slower then your normal install of window. its just something that happens with virtualpc.

what refresh rate do you have your monitor on? and have you tried to do a reset of it?
