your ram wasent installed correctly, thats why you you started smelling something buring. the motherbaord is most likely gone. You have pulled out those ram sticks and tried it again right?

thats a cached result. The theoretical max verison EVDO is only 3mbps it can't go any faster yet.

no the graphics can not be upgraded in that laptop. the only laptops that can have the graphics upgraded are the high end DELL XPS, and alieanware laptops the cost like $3500+ hay and ask all the questions you want, with our a ton of questions this site would be nothing.

your not really getting that speed, you need to test using ie or firefox don't do a speed test in the aol software they cache everything locally so it gives you a cached result.

if you clrear your cache do you get that result every time you do it?

it looks pertty decent, ive never herd of them but they offer some good stuff. the 50MB attachment is also a nice thing to have.

SSH is, Secure Shell its a program that allows you to log into another computer over a network.

ya a floppy is probally still the best thing for this, it can be down with a cd if you were using it as a Direct CD but that really doesnt work to well.

try saving it to the desktop and then copying it to the cd using my computer. just to see if it works.
