  1. like just said a bad hacker you would know right away. a good one you would probally never know was there unless the took stuff or did something to modify your system that you would notice.
  2. i thought you just a 128mb stick and were going to replace it. but the way you have it is good adding another 512mb of ram will be good.
  3. thats a good idea to just use the second machine and save your money.
  4. keep the 128 in there and add a 512. you shoud be able to have at least 2 sticks of ram.
  5. don't worry about it not working, aslong as your motherboard is not one of the hybird motherboards with a PCI ecpress and a AGP express slot your fine.
  6. im not a fan of passwords eather too easy to crack, but this thing if good for protecting small things that aren't super important. i would rather just use a flash drive.
  7. yes it had a DVI to VGA connection that comes with it, you put that on the DVI connector and it becomes VGA. thats not that dumb of a question, ive had at least 3 today that were worse.

  11. it should still work because vista would have a driver for it. and if it didn't a XP driver would most likely work. A NIC is a very standard thing it doesn't require much.

    you can expect it to work right away as long as the motherboard supports the new cpu.
  23. that sucks.... went to my brothers house, did the whole eating and fireworks thing, and almost blew my face off twice becuase of quick fuses.
  24. well for a expanded desktop a dual head cable will not work, you have to have a dual head video card.
  25. do you want to have the same thing show up on both monitors or do you want it to be a expanded desktop?
