im not getting just 1 i will be getting 4 monitors, and will be doing exactaly what Swimmer showed, i just want to make my own because i can make it fit my needs better,

i have more then 1 cpu it will be 2. Right now i have just a singel p4 2.8GHz and its just starting to chug. the main thing that i will be doing is 3Dmax redering with alot of premier pro, photoshop, and aftereffects. the reason i did not go with a apple cenima display is because the response time is very high and the contrast is very low when compared to the 2 monitors i was looking at. my constraints are not cpu then memory its graphics card, memory, cpu, hard drive. the reason I am not moving to a pure 64bit platform because 3Dmax and many of the programs i use are not coded to take advantage of it. They are coded to take advantage of many processors. heres the kinda stuff i render.

its been roumored that google is buying all that fiber, so they can build there own free ISP that offers 3-4mbps of data and is ad supported. if they did that there would be no more dialup :haha:

he defently wasent lying i went to it also and it was listed, but they took it off becuause people were calling in about it alot.

ive never had that problem with AVG, i use it at home and at the office, and i love it. It doesnt slow down my pc and finds everything.

ive been on the phone the last few days with bellsouth and from the 12 people ive talked to they are all scatter on it being relesed between october 6th - 10th. no one can give me a specific date but they all settle in the time frame. as for the price its going to $46.99 a month,
