REH u said it doesnt speed up speed test because it only uses one file so u can still only slip up if 2 files are coming in, how does that help when u downloading a big file? are u talking about packages or files or what? if a speed test is of 500kb can u set a limit in that program to slip anything over 250kb so it slipts up when u do a speed test?

This is really anoying me can any one tell me what is the distance quoted by TIA or EIA officialy that cat6 cable runs i have read about 350m but my teacher at university days 100m i think TIA and EIA do the tests based on 90m cable and 10m patches can any one quote and tell me the official website if they know about cat6 running and being tested from any of those organizations on 350m thank you

i use outlook but for some time i have been growing a anger at ti when i set up rules for certain emails to go to a folder after a while they stop working and i end up with 3 or 4 rules for the same email anyone sufers from the same problem?

i am using norton 2005 and its a pain in the back i dont know why but it does not like skype or when i am using something diffrent it says do u want to allow skype it doesnt like skype works fine with the rest of the program but does not ask every inbound and outbound thing so its not anoying but not super safe also

seemed to top my 90kb/s connection at home so i would not benefit from a better host at home

yeah IE with tabs will be a very very big advantage but i still dont know i like ff security in ff u dont get anywhere near as many popus and stuff installed on ur machine i know i can disable every thing in ie, but its just not practical if they want to win me and i think many more people they need to make it more easy to activate and disable java and other things

hey some new about england 8Mb have been out for a while now in the UK but ofcourse not nationwide only in london and some other big cities but its getting there lets hope it gets to me some time soon

Mr. Dude for example van has a 10Mb download and Upload he should be getting something near 10 or lets say 9Mb/s since he is in the other side of the ocean i think it might be acurate up to 1Mbps or something not sure but it is not very acurate after that from university with a 100Mb full duplex connection to the internet the max i can get is 3mb or so really not acurate
