  1. Leave the power on, hold the reset button down until you see the lights on the front change , either all go off, or start blinking all t once or something like that. We have to at least get them reset, That way they have a while to get there server info. I know you can't see straight anymore, as well as me.
  2. Yes, this means the router is trying to register w/ the vonage server. I don't understand, have you reset the routers w/ the reset switch in the back, by holding the switch in for at least 15 - 25 seconds?
  3. Man I'd like to get my hands on those things and gettem right! grrrr
  4. You going to have to access them like you did before, w/ that other computer otherwise
  5. Well if you reset them w/ the switch in the back you'll be able to : ) That is the default IP .
  6. you reset them and PPPoE , and all that? It doesn't add up, unless the passwords arent correct
  7. I'm fixin to here in a minute when I pass out on my key board face first and goto my happy place lol
  8. ok well look, were going to have to put back the settings where they were. Turn DHCP back on. On both. Make sure the correct password and user name is there. Make sure you are set to PPPoE. Leave one of the routers where it is. Move the other router to the open port wherever it was. Restart the network. ------------------------------------------ The easy way here is to get into each router, and in the tools menu click the restore defaults. Then go ahead , and make sure PPPoE is on, and the user name and password is correct, and save, then reboot.
  9. I got left in the shiverin cold Im freezin, I can't hardlty se, and it's hard to breath........
  10. You do have dsl right?
  11. They should be the ones you use to get your email.

  13. Oh shit !!!!!! My butt is off tonight, geeze , your on DSL ! those user names and passwords are needed, they are the user names and passwords that you must have to acess the internet, You must place them in the routers to allow them acess to the net.!!!!!1
  14. That may be a good sign, pay attention to the light sequence, I know sometimes my routers take quite some time to gather the info when I fiddle w/ them. So giver a few minutes. Specially since you have a kinda slow connection. lol
  15. well it's reeeeeeeeeally needed right now, gottny more fer me? I'm drinkin those damn chick drinks, the bacardi silver things, I'm all outta brew, and my head is poundin, and i gotta get up and ride the bike to the lake tomorrow, and I'm tired, and I can;t goto bed, and , and ,and, and, phoooey!!!!!!
  16. oh puke! ok, for now, just leave connected as they are, reach back and hit the reset button on the first voip, not the second just the first.
  17. :2funny: :2funny: I needed that , thanks :2funny: :2funny:
  18. yes good
  19. I need you to test the voip router ( the last one ) for an internet connection. Is there a way to connect the PC your working on right now, to the second voip router? Nope
  20. You are going to have to restart the network from the modem out, in sequence. Very important that it is done in the order in which they are connected. Kill the power to all, then wait 1 minute, then plug the modem in, wait until the lights are on as normal, then the first router, wait til lights are on as normal. Then voip routers , you can go directly to the other devices after starting voips , no need to wait. Don't be gone to long now. :haha:
  21. Niether are blinking twice yet? because : During a normal start-up, it lights in the following sequence:
  22. Perfect!!! How many times are they blinking?
  23. Is this the first router , in the network, and the one that the voips are hooked to? Oh BTW, did you power on the voips yet? If so , are the phone lights on? If so , do you have a dial tone?
  24. please let me have the model number on the front so I can get a manual in front of me.
  25. ok but you have two linksys routers, are you in the wrt54g, or the first one, I don't remember what it was. You need to be in the first one , where the voip routers are located.
