  1. Did you do your updates? This will download many, many packages, and programs for you to use .
  2. Crap, I'm using the beta 8.04, you should be able to find something like file roller .
  3. First off, goto " places on the top left corner of the desktop, then look down , you should see your HD as say 80.5 Media. Or you could look in " file browser", there are many different ways to see your file. What bootloader did you choose, I hope it was "grub"
  4. As far as the fax, mine never worked flawlessly either, sometimes just wont send a fax unless I reboot the router. Setting each router up on it's own port at priority bandwidth wont do you any good. You may try setting the computer ports to there lowest settings, making sure the port that the voip router gets the highest. There is other firmware that you could install on the router called "dd-wrt" . This firmware allows for a greater separation of bandwidth between ports. Not to difficult to install, pretty much just use the "upgrade firmware " tab in the administrate section. The trick is choosing the correct one.
  5. Well kudos to you! Man, Thats awesome no doubt. You should savor it in case they decide to cap it off .

  10. ok, I only have a minute. The port number that the cat5 cable that connects the voip routers either 1,2,3or 4 , set that port to the highest, and you'll be golden. there's no need to get into the application settings.
  11. Just go into the router in which the voip routers are connected to, look for the QOS settings, whatever port the voip routers are connected to , set that port for priority, or higher bandwidth than the others. POst the router model number , and i'll look into the manual to guide you.
