Man that would stink to get your service dropped for doing what your online for I suppose what I was getting at was, there is always a file in your modem that allows only a certain amount of bandwidth. (bootfile ) Not really how much you download, but at what speed your modem is programed to run at. Like my service is w/ roadrunner, they have a 15 Mb down limit, and a 768 Kb upload limit. In meaning this is what speed I can download , or upload at, and no more. Not the quantity.
  6. Dang, such a nice car too. Did you get any injuries?

  10. I recently installed parallels 3.0 , it's nice to do this, although i really havent found a real purpose, as I could already access the files on the separate partition through bootcamp. None the less, neeto mosquito !! Has anyone else had a problem w/ the updates breaking parallels ? I updated OSX, due to me farting up my HDD lol, and re installing leopard and so on, then installed Vista, then parallels , Once I installed updates from apple, parallels was broken. " something about drivers ". I uninstalled parallels , only thing I could find to do. Then re installed it, now I'm installing Vista through parallels. See what happens......

  16. Hey Tom, Cablenut is an easy registry editing program, you download the latest version and install it. Then you look through the zip files on the first post of the link, and find the package you have whether or not it is cable, dsl, satellite, or fiber. And of course what OS you are using. Once you find it, then open it , it will show the registry values in the cablenut window, and click the save, or add to registry button. Always restart the machine after applying the setting to allow them to take effect. If you need a bit of help locating the right one, just post your OS, your upload and your download speed, and I'll see if I can find the right one. http://www.testmy.net/topic-1013

  22. Basically the same everywhere, you can't read them until you bought them, opened the package, since you opened the package if you read them , and you say no, too bad, you can't take the opened software back. But it's still valid even though you can't see it until then. Thats a bad bad thing.

  25. The first few times I installed something that required the " yes " in order to install the software I did, after that, You know, if you say no, then you just bought a the thinnest piece of tin foil ever, burned w/ a laser embedded into a hunk of plastic.
