After a bit of reading on my part , it seems that there are many just like you, since the change over has begun. I would suspect , just as when Adelphia moved to TWC in my area, things will eventually pan out. It took nearly 6 months for my connection to come true to what it should be, but now they have raised my up load, as well as my down load. I think you'll be quite satisfied, when they get things ironed out . Hang in there
