tommie gorman Posted August 31, 2006 CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 tommie gorman....I think this is it .....1950 Lincoln ? Actually MYRIAGON that is so close in appearance it stinks. Personally I would agree with you. So I am really going to trip you up on that one. Some reason all three look alike. So here goes. I can not be that mean. And I will post a more distinguished one to find. Much better pic to go by. Almost forgot, the one I had used was the 1950 Ford X-
coknuck Posted August 31, 2006 CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 Tommie the top two are 1953 Lincoln Fifty-X. I'll have to find the bottom one
tommie gorman Posted August 31, 2006 CID Share Posted August 31, 2006 It is pretty confusing, when so many links claim the pics are different cars. Oh well, it is all in fun anyway.

tommie gorman Posted September 2, 2006 CID Share Posted September 2, 2006 That would be correct. But I think they called it a Mustang 1. http://www.conceptcarz.com/vehicle/z1715/Ford_Mustang%20I/default.aspx it was orignally called the mustang 1, but Lee Iacocca liked to call it the roadster and i have no idea what that pontiac is
tommie gorman Posted September 2, 2006 CID Share Posted September 2, 2006 They could have at least made the original Shelby out the Mustang 1 without hurting too many feelings. At least not mine.

I never get tired of looking at that car tommie, that to me is one of the best looking cars of all time. I love the orignal and i love the new one. Ford hit a grand slam with that. Hi Cholla , I don't think it's a Morgan , but the car in the background looks like a Jenson , and with the wire wheels looks a Brit scene , I though it was a Allard , but the faired headlamps make it seem unlikely,
