Voltageman Posted September 5, 2006 Author CID Share Posted September 5, 2006 It could get very interesting... If someone could prove that oil was produced by earth, rather than deposited, it would change the whole game... It would throw the supply/demand all out of whack(in our favor )
Roco Posted September 6, 2006 CID Share Posted September 6, 2006 I just had a worrying thought about sucking all this oil out of the Earth, well we all know the Earth rotates, and all rotating things need oil, .................. so will it develop a squeak ? cholla Posted September 6, 2006 CID Share Posted September 6, 2006 I guess we won't have too buy so much from OILQUEDA. On Roco's serious note I've wondered what the effects of pumping out trillions of gallons of oil. Not that I think it has a lubricant effect. But it is mass removed & we sure have a lot of earthquakes. Some more volcano erruptions too.
