ghostmaster Posted November 7, 2006 CID Share Posted November 7, 2006 Who wouldn't want to waste money on 4 year old crap?
ispgeek Posted November 7, 2006 CID Share Posted November 7, 2006 Actually a good shopper can get better deals on P IV laptops at places like geek.com or newegg.com. The prices above are considerably higher than market value for those devices.

tommie gorman Posted November 7, 2006 CID Share Posted November 7, 2006 In a way that is really a good deal. Take for instance my mother-in-law. She has never operated a comp in her life, and over 63. Now she only wants it to e-mail back here when she is out of town.and check on her accounts. She is also a tight wad, which is besides the point. But say she had little $$ and needed it for really simple things. Why spend lots of $$. When these will serve the same purpose for less. I may refer her there. Thanks ratchet. And it beats the HELL out of Blue Hippo for folks on a budget.

OK, so I am going to notlike myself for doing this. But windows would be nice. I know no one that can teach her about MAC OS operations. If she had trouble on vacation, no one could help her. I know I could not teach... never mind. Windows needed, please. I don't hate Mac, I just don't wish to learn a whole new language. Was a real nice effort ISP.
