tommie gorman Posted May 19, 2009 CID Share Posted May 19, 2009 So how much is the 30/5 comparatively. And yes amazing and fun. I doubt it would be worth it to me. I'd get in too much trouble.
stang_owner Posted May 19, 2009 CID Share Posted May 19, 2009 44.95 for "Boost" and 34.95 for their regular 15/2 package.

iced98lx Posted May 25, 2009 Author CID Share Posted May 25, 2009 I don't have a 30/5 I have uncapped/1 the 1.5 up is $100 more per month, so I told them where to take it and keep it.. lol. The download is whatever the network will bear and my poor old surfboard modem will pass. I Pay $99/month for the uncapped /1 plan with 8 static IP's.. it's not bad, but there's 20/2 fiber 20 miles away for $65, but they charge $20/month for static IP's.. yuck! rogerreed Posted July 3, 2009 CID Share Posted July 3, 2009 well mine aint quite 100 but its nowhere near that price i spent a few weeks learning and did my own uncap for my speed and as my next door neighbor is a charter employee i pay nothing for it. 75 meg free is just as good for my pocketbook Please do not discuss modem uncapping, it's a form of stealing, which is illegal, and may have negitive effets on this forum, thanks
sinister666 Posted July 3, 2009 CID Share Posted July 3, 2009 so, your neighbor is an employee, and you pay nothing....is it legal...legit?

tdawnaz Posted July 4, 2009 CID Share Posted July 4, 2009 some ppl man...i tell ya....i know my keyboard sometimes suffers from turrets syndrome which causes me to type some pretty strange stuff sometmes, but to openly talk about stealing internet, WTF? especially since the staff here can see everyone ip address...and required to give that info if asked by an isp...so yeh let his isp come in here and see that cuz another member reports him to his isp and the write ca3le and request his ip and bubba could be kissing him soon...i'm guessing that he's very young ond doesn't understand the jeopardy he's created for himself with his post and his sig... wonder how many posts he's made bragging like that about stealing...and how many people he's pissed of...because this is an honest forum and tmn doesn't support any kind of illegal activity... how sad... tommie gorman Posted July 4, 2009 CID Share Posted July 4, 2009 Not that any member in goodstanding would turn him in. But when asked ........... well you know.
tdawnaz Posted July 4, 2009 CID Share Posted July 4, 2009 well the thing is...in the end this kind of theiving costs us all in higher rates for tighter caps...and that tends to piss people off.
