From what the announcer said, this is a real voice mail left by someone who saw a car accident and the resulting mayhem. It's hilarious! Sitting in his car at a traffic light? That would have to be one of the longest red lights ever! And was he behind the elderly ladies or the guy who ran the red? I say it's a bunch of made up BS.
