Yea i did have a wired router, but then i decided to go with the wireless because my brother has a laptop that he brings home from college sometimes and i also put my xbox on wireless. I thought it was my router but it must be my pc cause I purchased 3 and they all did the same thing. Weird thing is (I live in a apartment for the time being... moving shortly woohoo) I can connect to all of my neighbors routers with no prob its just mine. Anyway now I have no problems. I go through a provider called Cebridge Connections Cable and i have a 3/256 connection. the upload usually runs at about 300-318k though.
