tdawnaz: I tried it I think it is just what it says it is.If you are not a Testmy member you can still test with the other tests. There are a lot of testers that aren't members. I think CA3LE put this in so members could have a better test Because only members can use it so it is less crowded.I haven't ask CA3LE or a mod but I think this is more or less correct.

Edward: I don't know how they do it in Ireland either some different i suppose.I am putting in a link to another topic I posted.It might not be any use to you but it could.You have to have the Hyperterminal program in your OS.If you have Windows it should be there.Even if this test doesn't work for you a simular one might be available to you from your phone company.It is something to try while you are waiting for them to check it.If you can't find your Hyperterminal program I will try to help you do it. https://testmy.net/topic-4277.msg39109#msg39109

Edward : Since others in your building can get a good connection it has to be the phone line itself.I don't know if the line you have is the phone companies responsibilty to maintain or the apartment owners.It doesn't sound like it would meet the building code so if it is not replaced you might check with local authorities on this.There is really no excuse for you having a completely different kind of line than the others in you apartment you do pay the same rent don't you?

Cap: Probably a good idea but they left out their older OS's it is only for 2000 & up.You probably still need Spybot and Ad-aware to find Microsoft's own spyware that their program ignores.

Hey all did you consider it is all monitored coming out or going in for security.Just a thought.That would really slow it down.

I tried it the way you said but it left it a .bmp my paint won't convert it to .jpg but Ifranveiw does this easily so I did a smaller one.

Heres mine.When I use the print screen button my screenshot saves from paint as a .bmp I then have to convert it to .jpg is this the way it should be? Are your screenshots .bmp or something else? Do you have to convert them to .jpg?

I don't know but the large type of dish has electronic adjustment to align the signal.I think the smaller ones are stationary once adjusted if they a like the small ones for TV.I am just trying to learn something about the satellite internet connection dishes.

coknuck: I liked the regular Levis bells the best I was pretty lean back then about 165 lbs now about 185.So they fit the best.But I had some of the Levi Big Bells too.I have heard the vintage ones sell in Japan for $150 to $200 a pair. I was lucky my brother worked at Levis in 1974 to 1976 I got a good discount.Both kind aprox.$7.00 a pair

bwt1953 : I never wore a leisure suit ,white belt or white shoes much less let anyone take my picture in them. I wore Levi bell bottom denim jeans mostly,T shirt or tank top some times tie dyed ones.I did have a Neru jacket though. The really big bell bottom pants(not Levi regular bells) Looked OK if you were just standing but got in the way if you were doing anything.Basically the "individual doing his own thing" just like all his freinds.
