Well...You see, I called this time last year. They said I had to get a business line. I think they hired idiots. Anyways, now everyone seems clueless.

I explained to them that it was an apartment at a store...It's not the first its happened...I don't know, I figure regardless they either a. lose money by telling me I need a business class line because no way in hell I will pay that much!! I am pooorrr. or b. they let me get RR Lite.

Quick question...There is an apartment in a back of a business I will be staying at, and was wondering if anyone knew if I could get RoadRunner basic there instead of a business class. I called TW but they hung up on me and some guy had no clue to what I was talking about. I really don't know how it could be explained any better lol...Anyways, if anyone knows please answer. Thanks, I tried the firewall thing before and it was unsuccessful. Somedays it auto updates, sometimes it doesn't..Only thing I can think of is maybe my internet is timing out?

Ok, I have my AVG set to auto update every morning. Everytime I get on the computer in the morning there is an error, and I have to go in and manually download it. What is going on? How do I fix this? Thanks. I forgot to add, if it helps, I leave my computer on 24/7 (laptop)

I don't like what they did to my PS3 I can't figure out how to run F@H at all now on it. I got Life With PlayStation running, but who knows what that thing is doing. They shouldn't have changed anything.

Ok, I am trying to set this dang thing up so my parents can go to South Carolina. But it's giving me a weird route...A really long one actually, by at least 2 hours. The one I need is the one Map Quest fisrt provides me...Now what I need to know is, is there anywhere I can downloaded a modded map for this thing? Okay, so I had a Zune. It died. It constantly freezes and I can't listen to music anymore or anything. SO I was thinking about getting the new 80 GB iPod for $250. I was wondering, can I set a iPod up so I can put music on it from 2 computers? Like will it get confused? I download music on both my laptop and Desktop and wanted to be able to plug in the iPod on the laptop collect songs. Then go to the other computer with the iPod not getting confused and adding those songs. I don't know if I made this really confusing or what lol. Thanks! EDIT: I was curious, I because I couldn't do this with my Zune...I am done giving my money to Microsoft. Sorry but with 6 Xbox 360's breaking and now my Zune being 3 months out of warranty I am done.

Well, I signed up for Turbo like 4 months ago. I JUST started getting my full speeds 15 Mbps and 768 Kbps. Well that lasted 3 days Now I am back down to 3 Mbps, but still maintain the 768 Kbps. I already double checked my wireless settings and it is passcoded so no one can pirate my internet. What else could it be? I have not added any new software either. Because the speeds both dropped dramatically on both my laptop and desktop. Desktop is running XP, and Laptop is running Vista Home Premium. Please help, because TWC hasn't been help at all.
