Keep in mind that the average speeds of comcast are based on all the package. that is probabaly about as good as it will get on upload. also the doubled speeds only affect the downlaod

Yeah i hate going on the phone aswell. But a few days ago i called verizon about a upgrade and got over my hatred of talking on the phone, but it was a waste of time because i dint qualify for the upgrade.. Call ur isp, get the upgrade.
