  3. Its called hardcore. :headbang: :headbang:
  4. Yes, quite helpful. Thanks.
  5. Now that has to get frustrating as heck.
  6. Yep, the latter half is where I ride mostly now. (safe bets ) Upgrade when possible.
  7. Welcome to the forum ItPROPENDER . Hint the caps key button is on the left side of the keyboard to shut it off on most computers. Or did you spill some soda in it, and it got stuck?
  8. Well it appears to me to run in 32 bit for now. And I suppose after a reformat later I could retrieve the 64 bit later on maybe then. I think I will give gatew2ay a call first on the retrieval part for later. If I am right on that one, then might as well go for the 32 for now then. Thanks one and all. This has truly been interesting. I wonder what fun is in store in the next 2 or 3 years. And your right Dark, not bad for the best for now from AMD.
  9. Well you know how the young married life can be shuggy bear. He's probably knee deep in honeydoo's.
  10. I thought it was pretty good for the money. I was twisted between dual, triple, or quad core. Well I always have like AMD since I had my first. And well I'd say I am pretty well pleased for the next 2-4 years. Now to get it all set up so I can play with it. GT5676 $749.99
  11. Ok so got the new phenom 9600 quad core AMD and of course it came with the Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit/32 bit with SP1 It gives the choice right off to go either way. And the 64 if I am not mistaken from reading here that it takes 64 to use the full 4 gigs of ram I have. And yet the 32 will readily recognize more programs. So any ideas on this one? I am not sure which way to go. Or do I have some of this info wrong?
  12. And remember it sometimes takes 2-3 days for the tweak to fully settle in sometimes. So it might slowly get better over the weekend.
  13. WOW>, just amazing.
  14. I do see the resemblance indeed Reso. Poor Einstein.
  15. the 4000's were still getting the best speeds back then. They have become the worst since. I have two ofthe bricks in my closet now. Got htem for under $20 for the pair of modems. Plus ship. Heck I'll throw them in for free too plus ship. House cleaning party at Toms office.
  16. Well it aint worth much in scrap. Its just sitting on the roof. And like grandpa said, the 6000 is not much today. But he said he has a 7000 to go with it. So why not? I always pass on favors. And no ad fee this way. And that'll by the shingles to repair the roof. And a little caulking to fill the siding holes.
  17. I believe if you purchase the equipment and it is paid in full that their is no contract to fulfill. Only monthly service payments. And I'd sell you my whole setup with a 6000 modem for $50 plus ship. I went to EVDO and no longer desire it around.
  18. What? Not sure thats possible. Could it be a cleaning is needed? Maybe clear the cache?
  19. It depends, are you persistant? Are you upset enough?
