Try like a 1000 apart for starters and work back and forth from there. Like 4000, reboot and trys speed test. Then try 5000 and so forth. It will start improving in there somewhere. So really you don't need to know your speeds. Just play around. In fact coknuck reported slower setting helped him once. You never know. So just play around a little bit. When it starts getting worse, go in between the other settings.

Last I checked that would be correct. MO is one of the slower states to get around to things. Although a few times that was really good.
