Not technically speaking but if you D/L or U/L a certain amout you have used up a certain amount of the allowed bandwidth. So they drop your speeds down for a certain amount of time. Then after a certain amount of alotted time your speeds go back up. Welcome to the forum YSAE if I have not yet. Are you cleaning out your cache before each test? Top of your browser*Tools*Internet Options*Delete files including Offline content*OK*OK*Test. Also are you running any Web Accelerator's, turn them off. What are your advertised speeds? Post a second test instead of the first.

Sounds like it is just for Verizon customers. I was not sure until I read more.

Welcome to the forum lost329 What are your advertised speeds? You might try testing with the 2992 file test instead of the smart test with that connection speed on your D/L. Pretty nice upload speed though!

Actually krzy007 he just used the PM's which anyone can use. I assume you have not listed your e-mail address. Only testmy.net main server has the address. It is not public.
