Just pick a cable-nut file that seems to be the one that is your type of connection. And follow the thread. I am actually on the TCP Optimizer myself, it was easier for me. Same post for the TCP Optimizer. Not much difference in speeds they say. But the cable-nut is supposed to be more flexible.

It does load my pages much faster. Kind of cool. If nothing else, that was worth it.

resopalrabotnick it went something like this. A new member came in firing the first shots ( ) right at ROM_DOS's sticky about tweaking your registry and such. Immediately trying to discredit all of ROM's research. Saying it was nothing but a myth. I immediately asked for his proven credintials of who he was to say such things. I also asked him to just play nice or stop. cholla tried to talk to him nice like. He turned butthead. And pretty much the WAR was on. I may be a little off base, but is that part of your phone package? Just because the phone is capable of doing this. does not mean you are paying to have that feature enabled. I think picture phones are that way.

Wow that is slow. I can almost download that fast on a satelite connection. (Prt Scrn) key. Hit print screen key on your keyboard*open up paint*start*all programs*accessories*paint*edit tab at the top hit paste*file tab at the top*save as*I then put it in my pictures and save file as jpeg. Then go into preview on the bottom of quick reply and hit preview*then additional Options* then browse* then go to my pictures* double click on the picture you want*then post! Walla.

Although you can have more RAM than is necesary. I don't know if it does much,(2GB ram) but it is kind of cool watching it, and knowing how different things slow it down. I did not know a simple solitaire would slow things down that much. Hmmm.
