  1. Have you tried posting in the Help section?
  2. Just could not remember. So you still get slow speeds then?
  3. php have you ever tried the Rev's settings with the TCP Optimizer yet?
  4. Your speeds seem up again deven. But I use old fashioned IE6. So I would be of little help.
  5. All I can say, is if some so called ISP ever tried that kind of crap. I personally would start litigation with my lawyer. And I am sure one letter from him ( for about $60 ) would probaby get me a confirmed cancelation. What do you think?
  6. You get like 20 or 25 minutes to modify now.
  7. I knew that. Sorry Blunted, it sounded like fun. Again, /happy_bday.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':bday:' />:' /> The one day a year I get to pick on you this way.
  8. OK, but just an opinion. I believe in PC's. They are more durable, upgradable, and cheaper. The only problem with a PC is the space. But part of that is organization. PC's can be plenty strong. I no your pain, I upgraded in three years time from the old one. What a difference. If you are moving up 5 or 6 years, you'd better get a seat belt on because that long is like night and day. And make sure you get plenty of ram. I actually upgraded imediately when I first got mine from 1024 MB to 2048 MB. Fast is all I can say. PS I was on a 128 upgraded to a 256.
  9. Just about missed this. 14. Yeah, for satelite I use the Rev's settings on the TCP Optimizer. It works great!
  15. Mostly in the daytime during heavy part of the day, yes on the quick post part. But I usually back up and copy and start over and paste. Nothing on the log-in part though.
  16. Have you tweaked it yet? Cable-nut is what most people here use. http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-1013 Your U/L looks fine, but your D/L seems to need a little boost.
  17. Yeah, you would need a seatbelt, til you got used to it. I have a 3500 AMD and it was pretty cool. And thanks for the info swimmer.
  18. Man what a bunch of jerks. Boy, the more I hear about AO helL the more I am glad I never had them.
  19. Welcome to the forum famously_infamous Hint, before you tweak with cablenut, clean out your computer. It works better that way. Or you may not see much difference. And wonder why. Read: http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-4257
  20. Sharky2006 are you running through a firefox browser? Can you test through IE? I am not real familar with cable-nut, but you did clean out your old settings, and save? I use TCP Optimizer myself. Are you running through a wireless router? Can you bypass for the test? Directly to the modem.
