Does Vsat have their own speed test? You might try it. 244 Kbps on a 256 advertised speed overseas looks pretty good to me. And that upload speed looks pretty good also. Hey if you get a chance once in a while, you might bring your Australian humor in here once in a while.

If you will post the speed test, I will be able to see the progress or lack of it that way. Also remember that overseas you will have a slower connection speed anyway.
