  1. Maybe a slow down fan which operates individually of the other components, which lowers or raises the temp at a gradual rate, so as not to cause the condensation. Or just to dry it out. Just a thought. I am more mechanical than technical.
  2. On satelite it always helps. Like at least once a week.
  3. Pardon my language, but hell yes. 28k to 1000 k. no doubt. And ram increases are great also. Like turbocharged. Would not go back to dial-up. Only problems I have heard are in large files, or gaming. Otherwise great.
  4. You also would save a lot of time assembling it. And everything will be in place. You would have a warranty on everything being where it should be. And everything would be connected correctly. It is easier and cheaper to upgrade a car, than to build it from scratch. Just an opinion.
  5. You would think that with all their technology they could figure out how to build an A/C into the box with out the humidity problem! They can do everything else. Maybe they are not trying hard enough. Maybe a special gamers box. People would pay for it and eventually they would be able to bring the price down.
  6. By the time I post on Satelite, the entire conversation has changed. Enjoy. But I do enjoy the serenity of the country life. So I would say, it is worth it. See, they got me again. Enjoy.
  7. You lucky dog, are you getting FIOS also. I would just enjoy just having 3.0 DSL.
  8. And so their answer to keeping it cool is A/C, not water cooling. Hmmm...
  9. That is called having more $ than necessary!
  10. I have got the kodak P850 5.1 Mega w/12X Optical Zoom, and the RiData 2GB card w/lifetime card, will take loads of pics, and can blow them up to 8 1/2 x 11 pretty well. I like it anyway. http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Kodak-EasyShare-P850-Zoom-Digital-Camera/sem/rpsm/oid/136825/catOid/-13062/rpem/ccd/productDetail.do About same price. And the card is great also.
  11. I understand that hughes only lasts about 4 hrs., so I would probably have dial-up for that, if it became a problem. Do you D/L and U/L much?
  12. Yes it would be adjusted to the $10.
