well make shur you have any of you browers proxies to 127.0.0.1 port 83. I used to be on the 4000 i had to use them settings. Your signal strength is awfully low. Is there anything in from of the view of the dish. Is it heavly cloudy?

yah that probuly all your going to get out of hughesNet. I used to be on direcway, I was on it over 3 1/2 years, and i had no problems out of it besides the upload suck! Have you tried and see theres any wireless around? Im out in the country and i have 5 wireless services around me.

I did have the computer power off before switching the jumper. If it was a dead battery i should still boot? Ive ran older computer that sill boot, but gave me and "battery dead" error message. I would try and remove the cpu, but its so shi**y the processor is intergrated on the board. I did remove the fan and clean up what i can get to

Ive tried the jumper and then it one come on at all. Switch it back ill come one? The Video card is intergrated. Thats my next thing to try and see if i can find a jumper for that?

Nothing smells bad, no burn spots which i can see. I just could be a dead board
