This is just a guess but maybe theres something attached to java thats openening when you open java, such as a virus or something. I dont know if thats possible but who knows.

Ya i updated it, didnt do nothing.

Up top on the toolbar, click Download Test. Then click Test your download speed. Then just click "smartest" and it will test for you.
