if you have nothing important saved in your computer or if you do have important stuff save them into a cd-r., try reformatting. that might help

i had problems 3 times. and i told them i am not going to pay for something you didnt fix or something i didnt gave you permission to check. (all charges were for high speed internet) i nver payed for it and they took out the charges

you probably had the 6Mb/768Kb Plan if you were averiging 700 on upload. What was your download speeds before? 374kb upload and 4222 download is very good for 4000/384 Plan this is what i get for 6Mb/768Kb plan :::..
