The same exact thing happened to me, except the clips were thrown away by accident. The CPU temp was like 50 - 80 degrees celcius which I'm sure is bad. I bought a new fan and now the temp never goes past 45.

The speed of light has a limit, and unless everyone had a straight through connection (one house straight to another) there will be latency. But, It can always get a little lower.

I used to have the same problem with SBC Yahoo DSL, I don't know how i fixed it though, i just did something one day and it worked.

Hey everyone I have a question, my motherboard P4S5A, currently has a 1.5 GHz processor. I looked at a website that had info about my motherboard and said it had a Max Bus Speed of 400MHz. So my question is, will a processor faster than 400MHz work with my pc?

They're probably just "taking over" places where they make more money and selling places they don't.
