  1. sorry if this has been posted. i checked other threads but cant find one like this. i was asked by my mom's boss if i could find a program that was basically like a calendar that would work over a network. like so someone can plan out on a "calendar" on their pc and then someone else load the same program on a different pc but still be synced with all the other stuff from other workers. i tried to find this one http://www.contactplus.com/ ...but it was like 200 dollars...anything ...cheaper... let me know, thanks, starship troopers
  2. nice. hey when you order your stuff...mind paying for an extra 8800gtx graphics card for me ...and some ramen.... jk. hope you like your pc when you get it all together.
  3. i replied asking what was the point and not to send me another one and it stopped for me also
  4. i got one. i just deleted it. then i got another.
  5. avg+zonealarm= free and almost as excellent....
  6. why...getting kinston or corsair would work fine...i got A-DATA and they work perfect. and they have heatspreader
  7. those on the newegg's link will work fine. but if you keep the motherboard you posted above your 184 pin ram wont work.
  8. those are all nice parts. but i have one question. on the motherboard you chose, is your ram you already have compatible? the motherboard you chose takes 240 pin DDR2 800. for cpu and grapihcs card, i wish i had them in my system right now. core 2 duo's are nice, but i am still an amd person..untill i get my intel parts in later
  9. i must be behind the times ... how about using hijack this.
  10. sorry. i have not used norton since 2003. but still try ccleaner. then maybe ewido.

  16. thanks...i'm still a pretty big newbie to the BF2 game lol but i got flying the choppers down pretty nicely now i just gotta get online sometime to find a better pilot or a gunner
  17. i think i found out what caused it. on BF2 i have deluxe edition (it comes with the special forces expansion) and i reinstalled that without the newest patch and now it works fine. weird how a patch made the game actually work worse
  18. i have a lexmark. lol. but thanks, it was turning off alot with lost connection. maybe that is it?
  19. i have latest drivers, did a virus, spyware, etc. scans. the only thing i've installed lately was 3dmark05 and did a test. it started after doing a 3dmark05 test if i remember right. other than that only a defrag, which i do like once a week or so.
  20. has anyone had this happen to them...when i play games like BF2, Starship troopers, etc. the game will randomly minimize and i'll see the desktop. then when i'm done gaming i'll exit the game and my pc will freeze, resulting in me having to reboot. why does this happen? thanks in advance, starship
