You get more then 90% of advertised speed if you have 1500Kbps as cap i dont think you will get much more then that, do you use any tweaks? VanBuren

Very nice download speed, but you should be able to get better upload do you mind sharing what registry tweaks you use? There are a few ways to boost upload aswell, Defult Send window in Cablenut, VanBuren

well this is a server issue, speed was fine before i changed server engine, this is the 3rd engine i try hehe VanBuren

that mean you have a very stable ISP service and route to this site server, also that server has no problem handling the traffic nice indeed VanBuren

xyther also try this file, it should give you a faster dl speed downloading files is not a good speedtest, i showed that a while ago i downloaded in 66 Mbps on my 10 Mbps cap lol its the speedmeter thats not accurate VanBuren

I changed webserver engine to IIS, and that seem to slow my upload down from webserver, that result in bad download scores at your end. TCP Optimizer dosent set your MTU to 1460, it set it to 1500 with a MTU of 1500, your MSS is 1460 MTU and MSS is not the same thing VanBuren
